I have just come across this excellent ‘letter’ that every sales person involved in B2B selling really should read. I’m not familiar with the author, Jill Konrath, but she has produced something that is thought-provoking. We all know how busy our ‘prospects’ are, yet still we tend to use the same old sales processes that are clearly not working any more.
