12th February 2018 – CTI, the leading Travel Partnership Company (TPC), has appointed GB Training as their Cultural Transformation Partner.

The Cultural Transformation training plan will, over the coming months, engage all CTI colleagues and reflects a significant investment in the CTI community, to deliver outstanding customer service at every level to their customers.

DISC is a self-assessment tool that helps you to understand why you, and others, behave in the way that you do in the workplace. The four dimensions – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness – describe the typical behavioural styles of individuals.
