After many years using the Everything DiSC suite of behavioural profiles as part of our training programmes, we are delighted to have now become an Everything DiSC Authorised Partner.
This allows us to provide the full range of products and services directly to individuals and teams who would like to learn more about how to build more productive relationships in the workplace.
In addition, if you are a corporate or trainer who would like the flexibility to manage and control the distribution of profiles yourself, we can set you up with your own EPIC account. This gives you total control and allows you to buy profiles at a significant cost saving.
What is Everything DiSC?
DISC is a self-assessment tool that helps you to understand why you, and others, behave in the way that you do in the workplace. The four dimensions – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness – describe the typical behavioural styles of individuals.
A range of highly personalised reports provide insights into our own style, the priorities that drive your behaviour and a practical set of tips to help you interact and communicate more effectively.
DiSC reports are used by individuals and teams throughout the world to help people develop their skills and capabilities. As well as the general Workplace report, tailored versions are available for those in leadership, management or sales roles. Combined with a facilitated workshop, groups and teams can benefit from the collective insight and start to work more effectively together.
We now have a separate website – discgb.co.uk – specifically about Everything DiSC that provides all the information you need along with sample profiles for you to download.
